329 IAC 11.5-2-8 "Contingency action plan" defined

Sec. 8. "Contingency action plan" means a written course of action:
(1) in the event of an emergency that causes the release of contaminants into the environment; or
(2) for the method or methods of biomass and appropriate feedstock management or disposal if the facility is unable to operate or
process biomass and appropriate feedstock for seventy-two (72) hours or longer.
