140 IAC 1-2-7 Time limits on sending the request for evidence of financial responsibility

Sec. 7. (a) To send out the request for evidence of financial responsibility, the bureau must receive the accident report or a copy of the accident report prescribed in IC 9-25-5-2 or IC 9-26-3-3 within three (3) years after the accident date. (b) To send out the request for evidence of financial responsibility, the bureau must receive the certified abstract prescribed in IC 9-25-9-1(a)(1), or the judgment or abstract prescribed in IC 9-25-9-1(a)(2), within three (3) years of the date of conviction, judgment, or forfeiture of security deposit.
