Sec. 1.3. A person who changes the color of a passenger vehicle after the passenger vehicle was used in the commission of a crime and fails to apply to the bureau as required under section 1.1(a) of this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor. As added by P.L.198-2025, SEC.2.
