Sec. 1. The bureau shall issue a license plate for a person with a disability that designates a vehicle as a vehicle that is regularly used to transport a person who: (1) has been issued a permanent parking placard under IC 9-14-5 (before its repeal) or section 4 of this chapter; or (2) is eligible to receive, but has not been issued, a permanent parking placard under section 4 of this chapter.
