Sec. 4. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger on a motorcycle in a position other than astride the seat or saddle provided. (b) A person may not drive, operate, or ride as a passenger in an autocycle in a position other than on a seat. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-8-9-2(d).] As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.9.
