Solicitation of employment or business on highway; prohibition

Sec. 17. A person may not stand on a highway for the purpose of soliciting employment or business from the occupant of a vehicle. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-91(b).] As added by P.L.2-1991, SEC.9.
