Bureau compliance with court orders

Sec. 0.5. If a court orders the suspension of a person's driving privileges, the bureau shall suspend the person's driving privileges in accordance with the court order, even if the court's order conflicts with a previous bureau action. As added by P.L.217-2014, SEC.101.
