Deposit of revenues in motor vehicle highway account

Sec. 16. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, all revenues accruing to the secretary under this chapter shall be deposited in the motor vehicle highway account under IC 8-14-1. As added by P.L.92-2013, SEC.78. Amended by P.L.174-2016, SEC.94.
