202 KAR 6:060. PSAP pro rata fund disbursement

Section 1. Revenues Collected by the Kentucky 911 Services Board. (1) Monthly revenues remitted to the CMRS Board after March 31, 2000 shall be disbursed to PSAPs (public safety answering points) in quarterly payments. (2) Any PSAP that is certified by the end of a calendar quarter shall be eligible to receive a pro rata share of funds collected during that quarter. Payments shall be made within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter.
