LAC 40:XVII.1701. Establishment of Personnel Policy

A. Each subgrantee will be required to have a written personnel policy, which has board approval. The personnel policy must be reasonable and available for review by the Department of Labor. B. Policy Compliance. Each subgrantee will be required to comply with the provisions of its personnel policy.
