LAC 40:XVII.2301. Record Availability

A. Right to Access Records. The Department of Labor, or its agent, shall have the right to review and/or copy all the records of the subgrantee pertaining to the operation of their CSBG subgrant. All such records shall be made available upon request. B. Period of Retention. All records pertaining to the operation of the subgrant shall be retained for a period of three years after the end of the subgrant or the final resolution of any audit, whichever occurs later.
