LAC 40:XVII.2901. Termination and Reduction of Funding; Appeal

A. Termination or Reduction of Funding Notice. The Department of Labor will notify the agency in writing of the intention to terminate funding or reduce funding below its proportional share, and shall state the reasons for the termination or reduction in funding. B. An agency has the right to request a hearing prior to termination or reduction of funding. The request for a hearing must be filed within five days of the notice of intention to terminate or reduce funding. The hearing will be held in accordance with the procedures outlined in §2903.
