LAC 40:XVII.907. Payment of Funds

A. Funds will be paid to the subgrantee on a cost reimbursement basis, with a maximum of a three day cash supply limit on the amount of funds advanced. B. The subgrantee shall prepare and submit a request for funds (LDOL 850), in duplicate, 10 days prior to the need for funds, so that the request can be processed, and funds forwarded timely. The request for funds must be approved and signed by the signator of the subgrant or a previously approved designate.
