Employment Service Manager―an individual designated by the employment service to conduct the general management, administration and operation of a specified private employment service (PES) office. On-Site Consultant―an individual designated by the employment service, to conduct the general management, administration and operation of a specified private employment service (PES) office, but does not carry the title of manager.
