LAC 42:III.2131. Time Table for Construction

A. The timetable for construction shall be approved by the board and monitored for compliance by the division. B. All riverboat licenses shall be subject to the condition that within 24 months from the date the license is granted the riverboat shall commence gaming operations. Upon the recommendation of the division, an extension of time may be granted.
