LAC 42:III.2931. Assisting in or Notification of Violations

A. No licensee, casino operator, permittee, or their employee, agent, or representative shall assist another person in violating any provision of the Act or rules; any order, authorization or approval from the board or division; or the internal controls. Such assistance shall constitute a violation of these rules. B. It is incumbent upon a licensee, casino operator, permittee, or their employee, agent, or representative to promptly notify the division of any possible violation of any federal, state or municipal law, the Act, rules, any order, authorization or approval from the board or division, or the internal controls.
