LAC 42:III.3317. Surveillance System Compliance

A. A licensee and the casino operator shall have a continuing duty to review its surveillance system plan to ensure the surveillance system plan remains in compliance with the Act and the rules. B. A licensee and the casino operator shall submit any modification to its surveillance system plan required to bring the surveillance system plan in compliance with a new rule or a rule amendment within 30 days of the effective date. C. The division shall review any amendments submitted pursuant to this Section and issue a decision approving, approving with conditions, or disapproving the amendments.
