LAC 42:I.1709. Expiration of License/Reissuance

A. All licenses issued pursuant to these rules expire at midnight, June 30, of each year. B. An application for a new license must be submitted to the division on forms prescribed by the department, the fee paid, and new license issued, before any gaming activity can be conducted. C. The department shall consider the same criteria for reissuance of a license as considered for the original license. Failure to satisfy license criteria contained in the Act and these rules shall result in denial of a license.
