LAC 42:I.1935. Combination of Interests Prohibited

A. No officer, director, or manager of an organization which conducts charitable games of chance shall: 1. have a direct or indirect financial interest in any entity which manufactures or distributes electronic video bingo machines; 2. serve as an officer, director, shareholder of more than 2 percent of the shares, proprietor or employee of an entity which manufactures or distributes electronic video bingo machines. B. No person or the immediate family members of a person who serves as an officer, director, shareholder of more than 2 percent of the shares, proprietor, or employee of an entity which manufactures or distributes electronic video bingo machines shall act as a commercial lessor in this state.
