LAC 42:I.1949. Distributor's Payment to Organizations

A. The distributor shall pay no less than 45 percent of each machine's net win to the organizations which used the machine during the monthly reporting period. B. Payment shall be made no less than monthly by check payable to the name of the organization. C. Payment for the previous month shall be postmarked, or if hand delivered, received by the organization no later than midnight of the fifteenth day of the following month. If the fifteenth day is a weekend or state holiday, payment is due the next business day. D. Repeated violations shall be cause for denial, suspension, or revocation of the license.
