LAC 42:I.2205. Expiration of License/Reissuance

A. All licenses for commercial lessors issued pursuant to these rules expire at midnight, June 30 of each year. B. The division will consider the same criteria for renewal of licenses as for the original issuance of licenses. Failure to satisfy license criteria rules may result in denial, suspension, or revocation of a license.
