A. Imitation money sales must be fully and accurately documented. B. Each organization must ensure strict accountability for the handling of cash and imitation money by all participating members. C. The accounting system must provide a sound audit trail and allow for the systematic accumulation of data for the organization's quarterly financial report to be submitted to the office.
