LAC 42:XIII.103. Commission Rules and Regulations; Promulgation

A. Commission rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. B. Any rule or regulation proposed by the division shall be submitted to the commission for approval. The commission shall reject any rule or regulation which it finds unacceptable, or which does not comply with the Act.
