LAC 42:XV.1153. Unusual and Suspicious Wagering Activity

A. The operator shall employ a system to identify irregularities in volume or odds and swings that could signal suspicious wagering activities that should require further investigation. B. The operator shall have internal controls in place to identify unusual wagering activity and report such to the corporation. C. An operator receiving a report of suspicious wagering activity shall be permitted to cancel related wagers after receiving approval from the corporation and in accordance with approved procedures as set forth in internal controls. D. All information and data received pursuant to this Section by the corporation related to unusual or suspicious wagering activity shall be considered confidential and shall not be revealed in whole or in part, except upon the lawful order of a court of competent jurisdiction or, with any law enforcement entity, member club, sports governing body, or regulatory agency that the corporation deems appropriate.
