A. Separation shall be provided between areas housing male and female inmates and between adults and juveniles. B. Renovation of existing space or new construction shall provide a minimum of 48 square feet of floor space for each inmate confined for more than 72 hours. C. New construction shall provide a view of daylight from each housing area.
