LAC 43:V.916. Alternative Energy Source Project Design Safeguards [Formerly LAC 43:I.1116]

A. The lessee or operator shall design its AESP and conduct all activities in a manner that ensures safety and which will not cause undue harm or damage to any structures and/or natural resources, physical, atmospheric, and biological components, including, but not limited to, those owned by the state, Port Authority, Political Subdivision, or Levee District. B. The lessee and/or operator shall compile, retain, and make available to the board, DOTD, affected Port Authority, and Levee District, or its authorized representative, within the time specified by the board, any data or information related to the site assessment, design, or operations of the alternative energy source.
