LAC 22:III.3707. Climate Control

A. Temperature and humidity ranges in the institution shall be checked and approved by the state health officer. B. All equipment used for heating, ventilating and air-conditioning shall comply with state and local codes and regulations. C. Ventilation systems shall be designed for kitchens, toilets, showers and laundry rooms and for the removal of chemical agents where they may be used.
