LAC 43:XIII.3351. Where Does an Operator File a Report? [49 CFR 192.951]

A. An operator must file any report required by this Chapter electronically to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration in accordance with § 307 of this Part.[49 CFR 192.951] B. Any report required by §3351.A, for intrastate facilities subject to the jurisdiction of the Office of Conservation, must be sent concurrently to the Commissioner of Conservation, Office of Conservation, Pipeline Safety Section, P.O. Box 94279 Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9275 or may be transmitted by electronic mail to PipelineInspectors@la.gov.
