LAC 22:III.4507. Regional Planning Units and Criminal Justice Coordinating Councils

A. No subgrant funds may be used for the expenses of Regional Planning Units (RPU's) or Criminal Justice Coordinating Councils (CJCC's). This provision does not prohibit the award of a subgrant to a RPU or CJCC for specific purposes not related to the normal operations of those offices. B. The commission may make direct grants of administrative funds to RPU's or CJCC's. Any such grants are subject to reduction based on reductions received by LCLE from the responsible funding authority.
