LAC 43:XIX.3909. Release of Pertinent Data

A. Pertinent data shall be made available to interested owners and represented parties sufficiently in advance of any conference to allow a reasonable time for review and interpretation thereof prior to such conference. B. Reference to source, including commercial outlets, from which or whom such data can be obtained, at the cost of the requesting party, shall be included in notices and applications required by these rules.
