LAC 43:XIX.4919. Well Allowables, Completion, Production, Production Records and Production Tests

A. Allowables will be set by the commissioner and he may, after proper notice, call a hearing. B. Upon initial completion, a four-point multiple-step draw-down test shall be made. The district manager shall have the discretion, based on bottom­ hole conditions, to require the use of bottomhole or surface data for calculating the draw-down pressure used in this test. C. Monthly production shall be reported to the district manager with the original to the Office of Conservation in Baton Rouge on Form GR-Operator's Monthly Production Report within 45 days following the end of the reporting month.
