LAC 22:III.5501. Funding Eligibility

A. Effective January 1, 2021, law enforcement agencies that fail through certification as a Louisiana Incident Based Crime Reporting System (LIBRS) agency shall not be eligible for funding under any grant program administered by the Commission on Law Enforcement. B. Any agency receiving funding to participate in the Louisiana Incident Based Crime Reporting System (LIBRS) that fail to participate in the system shall be ineligible for funding under any grant program administered by the Commission on Law Enforcement.
