LAC 43:XIX.641. Coverage of Rules

A. Nothing contained in these rules shall in any way limit the authority of the commissioner of conservation to independently initiate any civil or administrative proceeding or to initiate any civil enforcement action. B. Nothing in these rules shall in any way limit the Office of Conservation from independently responding to an inquiry or request by a landowner or any other person for investigation of alleged environmental damage.
