LAC 43:XV.1703. Applicability

A. This Subpart applies to each person who applies for a permit for surface coal mining and reclamation operations or conducts surface coal mining and reclamation operations pursuant to a permit under these regulations and to persons who seek to conduct coal exploration or development operations under these regulations. B. This Subpart applies to the office and, where specifically provided, to the commissioner.
