LAC 43:XV.2117. Coal Exploration and Development Compliance Duties

A. All coal exploration and development operations and the reclamation operations attendant thereto shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of §912 of the Act, these regulations and conditions of approval for exploration, development and reclamation operations imposed by the commissioner. B. Any person who conducts any coal exploration or development operations in violation of §912 of the Act or these regulations shall be subject to the provisions of §§918 and 921 of the Act.
