LAC 43:XV.2517. Baseline Cumulative Impact Area Information

A. Hydrologic and geologic information for the cumulative impact area necessary to assess the probable cumulative hydrologic impacts of the proposed operation and all anticipated mining on surface- and ground-water systems as required by §2525 shall be provided to the office if available from appropriate federal or state agencies. B. If the information is not available from such agencies, then the applicant may gather and submit this information to the office as part of the permit application. C. The permit shall not be approved until the necessary hydrologic and geologic information is available to the office.
