LAC 43:XV.3105. Opportunity for Submission of Written Comments on Permit Applications

A. Written comments on permit applications may be submitted to the office by the public entities to whom notification is provided under §3103.B and C with respect to the effects of the proposed mining operations on the environment within their area of responsibility. B. These comments shall be submitted to the office in written form within 30 days of notice. C. The office shall immediately transmit a copy of all such comments for filing and public inspection at the public office where the applicant filed a copy of the application for permit under §3103.D. A copy shall also be transmitted to the applicant.
