LAC 22:III.9501. Secure Storage

A. All electronic monitoring equipment not affixed to a monitored individual shall be stored in secure locations inaccessible to monitored individuals. Secure storage facilities shall include measures such as locked cabinets, secure rooms, or other appropriate means to prevent tampering, damage, or unauthorized access to the electronic monitoring equipment. B. Access to the storage facilities containing electronic monitoring equipment and base station hardware shall be restricted to authorized personnel only. Keys, access codes, or any other means of entry shall be safeguarded to prevent misuse or unauthorized entry.
