LAC 43:XV.6703. Hearing Sites

A. Unless the Act requires otherwise, hearings shall be held in a location established by the commissioner or his authorized representative; however, the commissioner or his authorized representative shall give due regard to the convenience of the parties or their representatives and witnesses.
