LAC 22:III.9703. Maintenance and Cleaning

A. Providers shall regularly maintain and clean electronic monitoring equipment not affixed to a monitored individual at least once every six months to ensure optimal functionality and longevity. B. Appropriate cleaning agents and techniques as specified by the manufacturers of the monitoring equipment should be used to avoid damage or degradation of equipment components.
