LAC 43:XV.6735. Initial Orders and Decisions

A. An initial order or decision disposing of a case shall incorporate: 1. findings of fact and conclusions of law and the basis and reasons therefor on all the material issues of fact, law and discretion presented on the record; and 2. an order granting or denying relief.
