LAC 43:XXVII.709. Re-Flights

A. Unacceptable aerial photography shall be corrected by the contractor at no additional cost, with re-flight coverage overlapping the accepted photography by a sufficient amount to provide for continuous stereoscopic coverage. B. All required re-flights shall be executed as close as possible calendar-wise to the original flights to the maximum extent permitted by weather conditions suitable for photography.
