LAC 46:I.2115. Tie

A. In the event no candidate receives a plurality, a run-off election between those candidates who received the highest number of votes will be held. B. If a run-off election is necessary, an official ballot will be emailed to each properly licensed architect residing in Louisiana approximately two weeks after it has been determined that such an election is necessary. C. The official ballot shall contain the information set forth in §2107, except only the names and information for those candidates in the run-off election shall be included. D. The rules for voting, for determining the person elected, and for tabulating votes set forth in §§2109, 2111, and 2113 shall be applicable. E. In the event no candidate in the run-off election receives a plurality, the procedure set forth herein shall be repeated until one candidate receives a plurality.
