LAC 46:LIII.305. Service

A. Method. Service of a summons shall be made either by regular, registered, or certified mail, with a return receipt requested, or board or court designated process servers confected by tendering the summons to the respondent personally or domiciliary at the last known address. B. Time. Service shall be made at least 30 days prior to the date of the hearing as per R.S. 37:1245.
