A. This book of disciplinary rules and procedures constitutes clear and proper notice of same for each juvenile offender within the Department of Public Safety and Corrections. B. This book is effective September 30, 1993. C. This book rescinds and supersedes the "Offender Rules" for Juvenile Correctional Institutions dated February 17, 1984, as amended, and appeal decisions rendered pursuant to those rules and procedures. D. Nothing in this book should be construed to create any additional rights or privileges under either state or federal law for any juvenile offender or groups of offenders over and above those already provided by law.
