LAC 46:LXIII.1501. Applicability

A. These rules shall be applicable to any action of the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (board) to withhold, deny, revoke or suspend any psychologist's license on any of the grounds set forth in R.S. 37:2359 or under any other applicable law, regulation or rule, when such action arises from a complaint as defined in this section. B. These rules shall not be applicable to the licensure of psychologists pursuant to R.S. 37:2356. C. Unless otherwise provided by law, the board may delegate its authority and responsibility under these rules to a committee of one or more board members, to a hearing officer, or to other persons.
