LAC 46:LXIII.6103. Scope

The scope of practice of a licensed psychological associate is set forth in R.S. 37:2356.4. B. A license psychological associate shall engage in the practice of psychology only with those populations and within the boundaries of their competence. A licensed psychological associate’s competence is based on their education, training, supervised experience, consultation, study, or professional experience. C. Nothing in this Subpart shall be interpreted as expanding the scope of practice set forth in R.S. 37:2356.4.
