LAC 46:LXI.1309. Approval to Take the Examinations in the Principles and Practice of Land Surveying and in the Louisiana Laws of Land Surveying

A. Except as otherwise provided in Subsection B, only an individual who meets all of the other requirements for licensure as a professional land surveyor may be permitted to take the examinations in the principles and practice of land surveying and in the Louisiana laws of land surveying. B. An individual who has already been duly certified as a land surveyor intern by the board may be permitted to take the examination in the principles and practice of land surveying, even though such individual has not yet met the experience requirement for licensure as a professional land surveyor.
