A. An individual who fails an examination is eligible to apply to retake the examination. B. After an individual has failed a principles and practice of engineering examination, principles and practice of land surveying examination or Louisiana laws of land surveying examination a minimum of three times, he/she may be required to appear before the board, or a committee of the board, for an oral interview.
