A. Requirement of Keeping Minutes. The board shall keep written minutes of all of its open meetings. B. Required Items for Inclusion. The minutes shall include, but need not be limited to: 1. the date, time, and place of the meeting; 2. the members of the board recorded as either present or absent; and 3. the substance of all matters decided, and, at the request of any board member, a record, by individual board member, of any votes taken. C. Optional Items for Inclusion. Any board member may request that a matter discussed during a meeting be placed in the written minutes of that meeting.
